Call Brent. He answers for himself.

Tell him what the glass looks like and what you drive. He will tell you whether it can be repaired or has to come out, and whether the job suits the shop or your driveway.

Good for photos of the damage. Brent reads these himself.

Rather write it down?

Send the vehicle and what happened to the glass. Brent calls or emails you back.

Two ways to do it

Bring it to Suite D, or he comes to you.

At the shop

Suite D, 101 Lochlyn Place in Bonaire. Window tint happens here, in the bay. If you would rather drop the car off for a windshield or a rear window, that works too.

Come Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and call first so he knows to expect you.

On your driveway

The business started as Brent's Mobile Glass and he still drives out. Bonaire, Warner Robins, Kathleen, Byron, Perry and the rest of Houston County. A lot of windshields get done at the curb of someone's house.

Not sure which suits your job? Ask on the phone. Brent will tell you which one fits.

Before you dial

What to have ready when you call

  • The vehicle

Year, make and model. If you know the trim, say that too, because glass can differ between trims.

  • Which glass

Windshield, back glass, a door window, or a power window that has stopped moving.

  • The damage

Chip or crack, how big it looks, and where it sits. A photo sent by email says more than a paragraph.

  • What is behind the mirror

A rain sensor, a camera or a sensor bracket, if you know. If you do not, say so and leave it there.

  • Where it will be parked

Your driveway, a work lot, or you are bringing it to the shop. A flat, covered spot helps on a wet day.
